For some people, expressing love from the heart is easy. But for others, some may feel genuine love in the heart, but may not express it. Our loved ones may think that they are not loved when this happens.
Any time we allow lesser vibrations to pass through the heart, this can partially block the flow of Divine Love and Light. An important part of the spiritual path is eliminating negative accumulations around the heart. Stresses of life in this day and age are accelerating. Divine solutions are the need of the hour.

Some people are surprised to hear that there are more bodies than our physical bodies.
The physical body is something we can see, and the other bodies are energy forcefields
surrounding the physical body. the closest one to the physical body is the mental.
The emotional body envelops the mental, and the memory body surrounds them all. And so our
emotions, memory, and thought require protection and a home.
The physical body as well as the soul chakra, house and protect our soul. Learn the importance of how each of these bodies has an integral part in all that we do.
