The Summit Lighthouse of Phoenix Amethyst Prayer Chalice is comprised of Phoenix-area Keepers of the Flame who want to pray for people in our community who are requesting prayer support.

To be on this team you must meet these basic requirements:

• A Keeper of the Flame in good standing who decrees/prays a minimum of one hour per day.
• Willing to give specific calls for community members (or their friends and family) who request prayers be given.
• Must sign and abide by the Amethyst Prayer Chalice Confidentiality Agreement form.
• Must have an email address and daily access to a computer to receive communications.
